The Foundation Program

A private, six-week engagement that brings executive psychology and human-performance science together, into one assessment and one plan, built at the root of what's actually happening.

Why We Built This

Most healthcare is built to manage symptoms. Very little of it is built to address what's underneath them. The root, in most cases, sits in two places: the nervous system, and the psychology built on top of it. Treat one without the other, and the symptom tends to return, or another one takes its place.

We've spent our careers on opposite sides of that root. One of us works on the psychological and behavioral side: judgment, regulation, the patterns that hold up under real pressure. The other works on the physiological side: the nervous system, metabolism, recovery. The Foundation Program puts both to work at once, from the root, rather than downstream of it.

You are not a collection of parts. You are one integrated system.

What The Program Delivers

One coordinated engagement, not two parallel ones.

Integrated Assessment

Behavioral, physiological, and lifestyle baselines, read together rather than in isolation.

Two-Domain Regulation

Nervous-system and psychological capacity worked on in parallel, by specialists in each.

One Roadmap

Findings translated into a single plan, not two reports handed to you at different times.

Coordinated Care

Where appropriate, findings are shared with your existing physicians, so nothing works against itself.

Confidential by Design

A private advisory relationship. No insurance billing, no employer or institutional reporting.

A Long-Term Plan

Progress measured against your own baseline, with a forward plan for what comes after week six.

The Two Practices

Two specialties. One coordinated point of view.

Executive Psychology

The Wall Street Shrink

Oksana S. Levin, Founder & CEO

Former Wall Street Managing Director with more than twenty years advising UHNW and HNW clients and C-suite executives across global healthcare. Graduate training in mental health counseling and applied psychology. Creator of the CESI-50 assessment and the C.A.L.M. Method.

Human Performance

Life Science Performance

Christopher Gabriel, Founder

The Six-Week Journey

One entry point, three phases, built around your own baseline.

Weeks 1–2

Onboarding & Baseline

Executive onboarding, the CESI-50 and Life Score baselines, medical history, genetics, and a behavioral-intelligence review.

Week 3

Strategic Intervention Design

Findings become one integrated roadmap: C.A.L.M. Method-guided strategy alongside LSP protocols, micronutrient targets, and biometrics.

Weeks 4–6

Regulation, Then Reassessment

Physiological and behavioral work continues in parallel, applied to real decisions, closing with a joint reassessment and long-term plan.
