30-day Metabolic Reset
This short-term, high-accountability program is designed to reset metabolism, increase energy, and establish new health habits. Over 30 days, participants engage in four live weekly workshops, receive a custom meal guide and grocery list, and gain access to a group chat for daily support. A starter supplement protocol is also included to help jumpstart results. With a small-group environment of up to 15 participants, this program balances education, community, and practical strategies for quick wins.
8-week Total Health Rebuild
Perfect for those struggling with fatigue, inflammation, weight management, or burnout, this 8-week group program provides both structure and personalized support. Each participant completes an intake form to receive tailored recommendations, while weekly group masterclasses dive deeper into health and lifestyle strategies. Personalized action trackers, a private group community, and weekly live Q&A office hours create accountability and connection. With a cohort size capped at 10, this program offers the benefits of group learning with the intimacy of individualized attention.
